It was an odd morning, people woke up all over New South Wales and all they could see was an orange/red haze everywhere. Turns out we had a massive dust storm in the night and when the sunlight hit it, all we could see was haze.

On the 30th of December I am finally going to Melbourne for the first time, I have wanted to go for years, but every time the idea came up something else came up that took priority. The plan is to stay in Melbourne until the 2nd of January so that we can spend our New Year’s Eve/New Year there.

We booked our ticket the other day and luckily we did, as the day after, the price rose from $148 to $179. I’m hoping everything that everything we want to see and do, we will be able to and that they won’t be closed. Regardless we should have a good time and I can’t wait to go.

It’s nearly upon us finally, season 5 of How I Met Your Mother starts on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 8 PM Eastern Time in the United States, unfortunately there hasn’t been any news (that I am aware of) as to when season 5 will air in Australia. Read more…
